If you're into 3D graphics, you need PzDB™.
PzDB is The CGI Content Database.
It brings
all of the power of the Microsoft Access Database Engine to bear on that
overwhelming and totally uncontrolled file inventory that is your Poser
and CGI Content Library.
PzDB helps you to find the exact 3D
content you are looking for as quickly and easily as possible, and it
works.

The PzDB Background
Indexer is here!
The PzDB Background
Indexer Utility is a simple add-on to PzDB
1.2, it allows you to index your PzDB
Catalogs
while you work in PzDB,
and when used with the Windows Task
Scheduler it can
automatically index
your PzDB Catalogs for you on a regular
basis.

PzDB 1.2.2 has been released
and it’s a free upgrade
to all PzDB 1.2 and 1.x Upgradeable license
holders.
What’s new in PzDB 1.2.2:
▪ PzDB now indexes
Corel Paintshop Pro, Cinema 4D and 3D Studio
Max files.
▪ An updated Manual (making it accurate to
Poser 8 SR3 and Poser Debut).
▪ No longer requires separate installers for
1.x and 1.2 licenses
▪ Several performance improvements (yes,
it’s even faster!)
▪ Compatibility with the upcoming PzDB
Background Indexer add-on utility
▪ And some very minor bug fixes (the largest
of which is that Page Up and Page Down work,
again, in the Search Results window)

PzDB indexes
your
entire Poser Library (or any other folders
you wish) and
cross-references all the related content, automatically creating
Groups of content and then provides an easy-to-use browsable and
searchable
database that can be integrated with Poser and used to replace the
Poser Library Palette or the DAZ Content Library* entirely.
There's no
"metadata" hassles,
no file renaming, no folder renaming, no typing at all if you don't want to!
Plus, our newest version goes well beyond your Poser
and DAZ Libraries, indexing all your 3D content and
working with
all your favorite CGI programs.
The Reviews are In!
Actual unsolicited comments from PzDB 1.0
and 1.1 users:
"HOLY SH_T! This is*** Fantastic!***" - gpfer
"IT DESERVES 10 STARS! AWESOME WORK! Simply THE BEST purchase I
have ever made for poser! At the start I thought it was a little
expensive, BUT IT'S NOT. The time gain using this database is so widely
huge, I can easily say I couldn't work without it anymore! Using it is
a joy: it's powerful, easy, fast and top professional quality grade
software." -

"Wonderful program!
This is exactly what I've been needing to organize my content (over 10
gigs) and it works!!! I've already rediscovered content that I had long
forgotten about... I just love this program and would highly recommend it
to any Poser user! I can't wait to play with all this stuff I forgot about
- It's like Christmas all over again!" -
Cheers!

And New Comments from PzDB 1.2 Beta Testers:
"
Wow! Just plain wow! No other
[program] comes close to the ease and available different library
styles. I have compared yours to P3dO and your software blows them away.
... The software has preformed admirably so far and it has
allowed me to index not only Poser/Daz files, but also my Vue/3Dmax/Modo/C4D.
Thank you, "- Duncan
"I am incredibly impressed by the new release of PzDB.
I can't use DAZ without it anymore. The new function
that updates all catalogs is more powerful and efficient that I
could have hoped for. The search and sort capabilities are
nearly overwhelming. Finding the obscure items I added long ago, and
have since nearly forgotten, is a breeze and a pleasure.
The new
interface is intuitive and flexible and strikingly easy to use.
I'm particularly happy that the import from the previous release was
painless and straightforward. Thank you for another winner!"

The Web is Talking About PzDB:

*Unlike other Content Management Systems, PzDB does not start
automatically when Windows starts, it does not require “System
Administrator” privileges, it does not run at all times, it will not
trigger your antivirus software, it does not scan the entire contents of
all of your hard drives and it does not request or report information
about your content across the Internet.
PzDB
automatically sorts, groups and cross references your CGI content based
only upon its relationship to your other CGI content.
It does not request data from any other
source and does it not rely any vendor supplied “metadata.”
